A:Yes, very quiet.

Q:Would this be a good rebounder for indoor?
A:It’s perfect for indoors! I often jump on it while watching my favorite shows. Very quiet. I can easily rebound for 30 or 40 minutes.
It is a bit of a deal to put together, but SO worth it!if assembled properly it is very sturdy! Assembly takes a lot of strength. Be sure to follow online tutorial!
Q:Are there any good installation suggestions?
A:My suggestion is to please follow the assembly instructions that is on the video on Amazon. Before installing, take a look at the installation video.
Once you got the hang of putting the cords on, it was pretty easy.
In order to mount the bungee cord with tools, you need to squat to pull the cord. Also it is best having two people available set-up.This can save some labor.
Q:Does it come with the tool for stretching the bungee cords for installation?
A:Yes it has a tool. The tool is helpful to maneuver around the bar and pop the ball back threw the strap. It gives u leverage.
